  Item arrived on time, unfortunately there was a problem with the name as the photo for the item is arched and it was a straight name that is completely different from the photo showing the name. After speaking with the seller, they completely apologised about that giving me their word they did not mean to intentionally do that & would refund me instantly if my purchase was not what I wanted. The seller was extremely helpful & very understanding with me. I would recommend this seller to others.
