I did have 1 of 3 packages go missing and they responded well and communicated well and the missing package was delivered. The wardrobe itself is good value for money I think. One thing I suggest you must do, is bracket the wardrobe to the wall on top. Bracketing will make it very safe and provide the rigidity that it needs.
