    I have been giving this seller a chance to make it right since 20 March 2025. He keeps me dangling telling me he will deposit 'tomorrow'. I have given him the benefit of doubt and waited a LONG time for him to do the right thing, but he keeps dodging. It was two or three days late in shipping, but it was new and in good condition, even though it was not what I thought I was purchasing. The seller is excellent at answering my emails, but avoids the step of deposit of refund. No photos availabl

    Dear customer, the issue is different from what you state, we cannot refund all customers who ask us for it only on their word without collecting evidence, obviously in order to evaluate a refund for a lost item that appears to have been delivered to us, we need to open an investigation and evaluate, we have responded to you privately.
