    Contacted me about missing screen and keyboard since the original description was for a mostly complete laptop (no storage). I accepted the change and was partly refunded (I did not negotiate the discount). However, when it arrived, it has the wrong CPU compared to the listing title. I initially contacted the seller about this as the CPU was the deciding factor for me but got no response. Only after I decided to keep it and told the seller did I then get an "OK". Borderline positive.

    Knowledgeable and fast seller. I had a hard time finding a laptop screen to fit my old laptop. There's a touch and non-touch version and most sellers don't know the difference (they have the same model number but different pins). This guy knew right away which one it was and shipped it fast. It was also the right price (about half of a new one) and it works and isn't damaged. This is how ebay used to be.
