    Hello sales, Three things have happened. The original order arrived and was picked up yesterday from the PO drop off. ebay did a refund but it was directed to a cancelled visa card so there was no refund. I also in the interim located a local supplier in cairns and bought a more expensive roll ... which just means I have 60m now and will be able to do further down the bamboo barrier that's all so it all worked out in the end.     After contacting the seller once I realised that I only got 1 roll of root barrier instead of 2, the seller promptly apologised and gave me a refund.

    Rolls were meant to be despatched as per the order received and the consignment note printed. The dispatch person made a packing omission. We have given a full credit for the product and the postage. Mistakes happen. If you had checked that the label said 2 rolls but only 1 received we could of despatched the other one. Sorry Dave
