The issue was the EVRI courier who left the parcel outside my house in the rain which soaked the parcel and damaged the books inside. As soon as I reported it to Jo she responded immediately and quickly organised a return label and refund so can’t fault her service. I reported EVRI but alas the same delivery driver is still leaving parcels outside the house even when someone is in.
