This high quality item can be purchased by anyone at a pool store/outlet but on eBay you get it for a way better price. The condition of the product was excellent as these folks did a great job in packaging and shipping the item. My pool looks awesome. I am very satisfied with both my purchase and the customer service I received.

    Received a part that was different from what was shown in the photo, (was supposed to be the charger not the battery) contacted seller to see about swapping for the correct part but was told that because my shipping department lost the box and packing slip and that I missed the 30 day return window due to holiday vacation there's nothing I can do. Considering the extreme Mark up on this item I can't say I'm impressed with this service

    item as described. good quality and price. i could not in good conscience give any stars for shipping time. FEDEX is horrible and the seller can't be blamed for the delivery issues. I had placed 4 separate orders of pool closing supplies that ended up coming from different sellers. Fedex sent multiple emails each day saying the item would be delivered the next day, then operational delay, then next day same thing again. you shipped on 9/3 arrived in Cookeville on 9/6, bounced around until 9/10
