  1. It did not come new in the original box, as listed. 2. It didn't come with the instructions, that were probably on, or in, the box. 3. It is not connecting to my laptop, which might be because I have to set it up, but I would not know how without the instructions. It also may just not be the correct pen for this laptop, which could be because of point 4. 4. It is not the pen that is shown in the picture. Tried reaching out to the seller, but have not received a response yet.
