Had a batch of envelopes going to Sacramento because of 12 cents, I ship from outside of Seattle but thats my return address, tax reasons. Im sorry for the issue with this. Some from the previous weeks have headed that way.
Ebay envelopes are having a problem at USPS with not being scanned until destination hub or not at all. It seems to have started in the last couple of weeks. Thank you for your patience if you are waiting.

There is a $1 surchage for shipping. It stays $1 no matter the quantity of cards. Envelopes use top loaders, please allow up to 30 days for them if you can't potentially wait, please do not purchase. Average on envelopes has been about 5-10 days. There is a listing for First Class Upgrade for actual tracking and not ebays for orders under $20
