    Worst experience I’ve ever had ! They were willing to do nothing and stated it wasn’t their problem that I haven’t received a package for 2 weeks that was pronounced to arrive in 4 days !!!! Don’t do business with these people. They said they blocked me cause I wanted help with my order. These sellers are costing me thousands of dollars because they refuse to help me with a delivery option they provided and I have no choice but to eat the cost of a package I will never see.

    Worst experience, but for us only. Facts: "Order Apr 20, EDD Apr 28-May 5, Ship Apr 22, Delivery attempts failed Apr 24-25-28—premises closed." Buyer refuses responsibility to be available or arrange redelivery with DHL directly, then blames us. Messages were abusive, ignoring that we shipped on time and fulfilled all obligations. Buyer said he is pizza shop, but delivery failed only because buyer's business was closed repeatedly.
