    Well, I ordered a 4-core radiator, and they shipped a 3-core radiator. They had good communication and offered me a discount to accept the one they had shipped. I accepted there offer as I did not want to have to repackage and ship the radiator they shipped me back to them. Good to deal with, but I would have liked to have received what I had ordered.

    It's advertised as a 4 core it is not it's only a 3 core I took pics to send to the seller and all he wanted to do was argue with me and tell me I was wrong this seller is a rip off and is over charging and miss representing his product it's a verry nice part for a 3 core but it's not what the seller clames and I could go with the truck any longer so I couldn't retern it I had to eat a 80 doller loss and install it the seller was discrespectfull and called me a layer I do not recommend

    dear friend According to the photos you provided, the product is in 4 rows. Additionally, when you requested a return, we provided a return label. However, later on, you said you didn't want to return the product and pressed it on. We don't quite understand your instructions. If you are not satisfied with the product, why do you have to keep it?

    ordered a 4 core radiator and they send me a 3 core but they made it right with a partial refund. I would've rather had the 4 core in my truck due to the engine build but the 3 core works good .no leaks and fans work good .seller has good communication. Responds within 24h .thank you
