    A prompt response, arriving within a week of order. It arrived with no damage, thanking you for your efforts in packaging. I had fun replacing the alternator though - took 2 days! Things like not having room for fingers and having to unscrew bolts that couldn't be seen. Anyway my Volvo works well now. I assume that the old alternator simply ran out of brushes. The one that you sent was excellent. Thank you.
