    Dishonest, rude & inexperienced seller! Like new-NOT! Fuzzy poor quality! Made 2 best offers which she accepted. I immediately asked if she combined & reduced shipping. Her response was I had to pay for each first. I did expecting a small refund and shipped together. Nope, she couldn’t figure out how to put 2 dvds in a package & mail together at a reduced rate. Intentionally mailed separate at additional cost. Resorted to name calling & blaming me instead of doing it right! Buyers beware!

    The item arrived smelling like cigarette smoke, and the white spine was very browned by it. The seller didn't mention this in the listing, nor did they show photos of the spine (whether it was intentional or not, I don't know- but its hard not to notice it). They DID send it in a box as requested, though. I tried working with them in regards to returning it and they took almost three weeks in trying to solve the issue. In the end, they help up their side of the customer service angle.
