TV was as described, the box was damaged as indicated but as mentioned the actual product was still brand new and in perfect condition. Shipping was terrible, taking a week longer than the estimate, then I was delivered someone else's TV. Luckily after contacting DHL it was sorted the same day. Great value for a new OLED TV. Picture quality is awesome and sound is great.

Advertised as 'box damaged' and the item as 'new and undamaged'. Unfortunately the item did have impact damage under the inner packaging. DHL courier kindly waited while the item was inspected, delivery declined and the item returned to sender. Sony promptly refunded payment once the item was returned. Disappointing but well handled by DHL and Sony.
