    Sent faulty item, advertised as brand new. I sent photos of faulty item and requested a new item or refund. After 3 days of back and forth emails they refused to do either and have now demanded I destroy the item and send more photos. This is a simple $25 stuffed toy for my sons birthday. Despite ordering from an Australian site, delayed delivery and refusal to replace the item, it is now too late to get the toy on time. This is the first time I have given a negative feedback on ebay.

    we never mean to do that, as the doll missed 1pc eye ball, we provide the suggestion to you 50% refund, you don't agree, so we ask you destroy the item, and send us a picture, we refund you full, there is no any problem, why you said that, we just wondering if you want to get the item without any money, so you don't want to destroy it
