When I reached out to the seller they said they had a receipt for shipment, and later sent me a picture of the returned item. I went to the post office and they said they had no idea why it had been stamped vacant. Then, replacement becomes essential, and with many vendors offering everything under the sun for their used and abused replacement products, it becomes "Shopper Beware."
