  Pretty good experience. They helped us get past some strange behaviour by the eBay website. Underlay was cut as per our specifications - we couldn't specify this online but they were easy to deal with via messaging. It arrived in good time. The description gave us a realistic view of what the product would look and feel like, even though it isn't something you can see before purchasing without attending their warehouse.
