    The tablet has arrived. It was packed well. There are traces of impacts on the tablet that were not shown in the photo in the ad. The tablet does not turn on. The tablet is not charging. In the seller's photo everything is included and working. I was deceived and sold a completely non-functional item. The seller refuses to explain to me why he did this. He knew that the tablet would travel across the ocean to another country. And I knew that I couldn’t bring him back.

    The buyer purchased an item and shipped to a international forwarder. We delivered the item to the forwarder in good condition, and have recorded photos of the product we shipped. After delivery to the forwarder the buyer requested a refund showing pictures not matching the item we sent, but another seller's product with a different company's identification labels. Please contact your forwarding company to resolve the problem, we delivered as advertised.

    Seller didn’t provide the bracket that was included in the picture, which is unfortunate, as that’s what I needed. I figured the bracket would be included as the listing was $10 more than the average listing for the product that I received. Other than the misleading listing, the seller was good to work with and responded when I contacted them.
