    Seller was extremely responsive. Printer was shipped via FedEx and they kept damaging printers in transit. Seller was very diligent in sending replacements until one finally arrived via UPS instead in great condition on the third try. Seller was away during part of the time but he kept in frequent communication to rectify the situation until he could return to straighten everything out and get the printer delivered by a different carrier. Customer service was excellent.
