    Yes the item was genuine, but customer service wasn’t great. My first item wasn’t sent and they had to resend, wait time was long, I’m assuming because it’s imported stock. My item came with another 2 postage labels on it with another person’s full details, including their name, address and phone number. Seller assures me this is fine because they are doing it to ‘cut costs’. Would not purchase again.

    Thanks for your feedback. We arranged a reshipment as soon as we received your message. We appreciate your patience. You received a genuine item in perfect condition, but left a negative review due to the reused shipping box. We take pride in reusing some old shipping boxes, as it helps us cut costs and is environmentally friendly. When you spend "Kmart" prices but expect "Dior" level customer service and fancy boxes with a fragrance, I believe that's an unreasonable expectation.
