  Arrived with broken original pallet perched haphazardly on a larger pallet not secured. There is carton damage on one of the batteries. This probably a carrier responsibility. Will not know if there is damage to the contents until it is unpacked in a few days. Follow up later. No sales paperwork which ought to be a given for warranty claims if required - will send vendor a personal message about this. However quite fast delivery from Qld to regional Vic.

  The carton damage was limited to the carton with a small marks on internal styrofoam packaging. nothing on the battery case. Full marks to manufacturer for effective packaging. Not so much for the handling by the carrier(s). Vendor has supplied paperwork for warranty purposes if needed.
