    Absolutely excellent customer service. Jon went over and above to post out the map ahead of Christmas (after I ordered it on the 22nd!!) - and it arrived in plenty of time, as described. He even went the extra mile when I mentioned the map was a gift and found out the previous owner of the map - it was excellent to have that extra bit of history.
