    Sellers communication was amazing when the original delivery company failed to deliver the item despite saying the item was with their driver for delivery.     Was delivered quickly within 4 days although packaging needs to improve as box mallet was in was damaged and the paper on the head of mallet torn. Also the handle where there is no rubber grip is rough and needs sandpapering as I got a splinter when getting out of box. As I haven't tried the mallet yet cannot say on how it plays to weight.
