Doesn’t work on 2019 Highlander hybrid
The experience of buying this was excellent but, unfortunately, this emblem has prongs on back and my 2019 Highlander Hybrid doesn’t have holes for prongs. The emblem is simply glued on and flat.

Too small for the front.
The badge is for the rear, it does not fit on the front. Not only is it the wrong size but all of the mounting tabs do not fit in the front holes. It is for rear mouth only.
