Hard to review it since it is not working. Just received this and hooked it up. Was trying to hook up a keyboard that did not have the round connector. Defective for window 10 compatible computers

It's not recognized by windows 10 computers I got an error message saying it malfunctioned I tried to setup in hardware setting on my comp but no luck to get this working
