Bought a used dyson D17 at a thrift store for $10 and ordered this replacement roller brush and belt on the same day.

Excellent oem replacement for original!
I've had my DC17 since it was new (9 years now) and just gave it a major cleaning and overhaul. Only thing needed was a new brush bar, belt and the filter below the canister. You can only wash it so many times! It works awesome and was surprised how short my bristles were on the old one compared to the new one!!
