This is the best buy by far. I've had smaller, different style urns, bit this one is, by dar, the best one. It holds much more water, has a adjustable thermostat and an easy to use spigot. Didn't last as long as I thought it would - got what i paid for.

Expected this urn to last longer than it did. We only used it for morning tea after church for about 30 cups each Sunday and it didn't last a year. It was 'cheap', I know, compared to other urns available, but the last urn I bought on ebay (different to this one, and I couldn't find it a second time to purchase it again) now seemed much better value - I wasn't surprised / didn't feel ripped off when that one stopped working.Read full review

This product does NOT boil the water, just heats it, it worked for 2 days and then stopped.
