Good product
Molyslip has been around for many years and I was using it over 50 years ago but its probably better manufactered now. Moly is often used in oils and greases for cv joints, differentials and similar so that's an indication that it does help to lubticate parts working under load. Opinions vary about its real benefits for engines but as an engine oil additive it seems to make my older MGF engine run a bit quieter and be more responsive. Some opinions advise that too much molyslip might clog filters and oilways so be prudent and use only the recommmended quantities.
I would fight shy of adding it to a new engine using top quality engine oils since the effects might be marginal. DO NOT USE IT IN AUTO GEARBOXES.Read full review

Oil additive treatment
I have just had my car serviced with an engine oil change, an decided to use this product as extra insurance. Despite some mixed reviews on YouTube about the effectiveness of LiquiMoly, I have used similar oil treatments in the past with no downside. If the manufacturers claims of LiquiMoly are to be accepted, there should be a great improvement in reducing engine wear, particularly on cold winter startups. This is a fairly well known brand, and at the reduced price from this seller, I consider this to be a worthwhile purchase. Very satisfied. Read full review

It seemed to have rather impressive ratings, from others who have used it, so being the inquisitive person I am, I decided to give it a try.

Forms a protective layer.
Was skeptical about this item as I've used other oil additives before, however after using this for a full 6 months I carried out a oil service on my car and was suprised to see the inside of the filter housing coated in this product. I had read about its 'filming' properties in which it coats your engine surfaces in a friction modifier and am glad it actually does what it says it will. No noise or performance changes however I am confident that it is definitely working behind the scenes to lower engine wear. Will be using every oil change from now on.

German quality oil additive equals brilliant
I just serviced my 2010 Saab 93 Aero and was looking for an oil additive to better my cars engine. The mechanic recommended Liqui Moly MoS2. Bit early to tell just how good this is, but I can tell you the diesel engine is running quiter and quicker. Helps make your engine more efficient and last longer
This is brilliant. It does exactly what it says on the tin.
You notice the difference within 10 minutes of adding it to your oil. For best results add after servicing so you have new oil as that way it will be in the system for longer to do more protection.Read full review
