Great budget CPU for gaming!
Built a budget gaming rig for the nephew and this little processor is def underrated. The 5600x is a much better processor (obviously) but this 5500 paired with a 1060 6gb is no joke! Kept frames at well over 100 on Fortnite and Minecraft (windows 10) Read full review

COOL CHIP
This CPU performs slightly better than the R5 3600 with less heat . I had to put the latest bios in my a520 board for it to boot. It pulls 42 watts in my system at idle : a52o MB,M2 drive,3.5HDD,80+ power supply, 3 case fans, 16gb ram. I would not hesitate to buy this CPU again.Read full review
