It's a gigabit router-modem combo and works beautifully. There aren't a lot of options for gigabit combination routers and modems that actually have gigabit bandwidth. Not fully operational for my needs.

If you were able to login to the router portion of the unit to determine if any changes should be made. I was not. Arris tech support personnel could not either, no matter what they tried.
Other than sending it back to the factory for a revamp, it was not worth what I paid for it.Read full review
