It is not a bad little unit, it does give me a little better signal strength, and I have not done a unrealistic clear line of sight test, but don't expect miracles either. Going from my house to my shop (100') my signal strength went up maybe 10. So I built a 20 element Yagi, and attached it to the ALPA, and some days I get 100% signal, so the combo is real good.
