Great Classic.

It's hard to believe this movie was made 88 years ago! The restoration work done on this is truly amazing. A have a few movies from the 30s- late 40s and this beats them hands down. Clear picture and very good/crisp sound.

There are many reviews of this. But, it is an Anti-War film. And it does a good job of portraying the excitement of the young kids going to war. Then, the realization of the horrors once they get there. Very much as how it was during WWI. Listening to some of the actors talking about it in the movie is kind of Ironic. Being that 11 years(movie release) later WWII starts.Read full review
