Cracking bit of kit.

First off I bought a number of tv gadgets over the years and never found one I liked or worked properly. You can imagine i was nervous of buying another and with the cost but I'm very pleased I took this choice.

The sellar includes a one pager with guidance on a fault finder and the one line Im going to praise, it says practice makes perfect. Basically play about and get use to the different apps available. it's a cracking bit of kit.

Is still a bit new to me and I'm just getting used to downloading the apps. basically all the main Channel apps are brilliant. I'm just getting used to the movies and sport streaming. The main reason we all buy them.

Love the Fire TV Stick but...

I really do love the Fire TV Stick so much so I bought a second one for my bedroom. It works as well as the first one, the only difference being it had the upgraded voice-control option on the remote control which I didn’t happen to use.

Unfortunately the remote control died completely for no apparent reason less than 2 weeks after I bought the package so now I have to use the Fire TV stick app on my iPhone to watch or control anything.

This second generation Amazon Fire TV Stick is a welcome improvement over the original version and is well worth upgrading to. The first gen. device was sadly lacking in memory and very slow to respond to the remote control due to the sluggish chip speed, making the whole experience a frustrating one so I'd recommend dumping it and upgrading to this version today or, better still, pay a bit more and go for the excellent MECOOL M8S PRO L Android box, if you are not a novice and want a purely streaming box.Read full review

Good piece of electronics

Very pleased with my purchase though it took a little time to get used to it. That said now that i am i am more than happy with it.

The content on theses is just great from watching old movies and TV series to the very latest. The picture quality is good as long as you have a good wifi bandwidth in the area of location. if not a wifi extender will help and quite easy to set up.

Amazing media streaming kit

I wasn't sure what to expect from such a small stick - but the quality and performance is great. Firstly the quality and feel is great. The remote is solid and functional and has a more solid feel and better connection than many supplied with media boxes. Haven't tried the mobile voice app yet but it's great that we have one.

I use this stick to watch tv through apps and loaded Kodi with stunning results. I'm now streaming movies before they appear on my Sky box - and have access to many paid services for free. The wifi signal is strong - better than my chromecast and tv box.

Fire Stick with Kodi

Yes its easy to plug and yes its on your TV before you know it but there are no instruction what to do after that...... But after a bit play with the remote you get the hang of it. Not everything works. A lot of the films don't play or are of such bad quality you are unable to watch. I haven't been able to watch a football match yet due to bad quality keeps stopping. Have purchased this for use in Spain. TV advert states usable in Europe, but in Spain probably due to certain legal aspects the service is limited, however, if the Spanish Internet is given a UK IP address then features could be available.
