We had one year of taxes to be destroyed, that is all it lasted.. paper kept jamming up, motor over heats and you have to let it cool off in between baskets. Once a basket is full, best to walk away for about a 1/2 hour....then it died. I wish I could get my money back.Read full review

Cheap Shredder, high interference for radio or TV

Good for a page or two of personal use and can shred a credit card. Anything heavier, it will heat up and jam under "commercial use" like our billing office. Does a good job with paper but just ok with the cards. Have not tried CDs yet. But even with the paper it starts to bog down before the max number of sheets are run through. Worth the price.
