Can't complain this is a nice quality shredder. Does everything its supposed to! It's easy to empty, & use. It doesn't shred quickly, tends to overheat quite quickly under consistent load, but you expect that when you aren't paying an arm & leg for it. Shredding speed largely depends on number of sheets and thickness of material. Have shredded some old credit cards but no CDs yet.
