Worthwhile period piece

This film take you into the workings of a 1930's all male prep school in the English countryside filled with bright young actors at the beginnings of their careers dealing with the inner conflicts and jockeying to achieve their desired place in a volatile setting. This is the kind of film you will be thinking about long after it is over. The only negative for the American viewer is the heavy English accent that can make listening a struggle. There are French subtitles but English ones should have been provided as well.Read full review

Another Country is an LGBT+ romance movie

This is an LGBT+ film about being in a British Boarding School in the 1930-1940s. Rupert Everett is great in his role of the dreamer. Cary Elwes has an interesting part being the object of the dream.

This is a very good romance movie for anyone that would be interested in these two actor's early roles.
