Great laptop at an even better price!
The mid 2012, 2.9 i7 MacBook Pro is very highly sought after because it is pretty much problem free and continues to age very well. I now have two of these, one for a backup that I use for travel. They both have 1TB SSD's and 16GB of ram. Sonoma is on each both and run very well. They are the perfect machines for every day computing. Read full review

Oldie but still a Goodie - Workhorse
if yer willing to run an older unsupported OSX (or need to because drivers for your old gear dont work on later OSX versions) these old MacBook Pro are still workhorses.
