Still Relevant!
I started with iPhone, but along the way switched to Samsung Galaxy. While the screens are bright and they are in many ways better, the iPhones accessories and mainstay capabilities are second to none.
I am using this model for a B-Roll camera on a stabilizer. It has seamless integration with my iPad and iPod. I transfer video files from my GoPro to Apple devices and between my Apple devices flawlessly. The battery lasts an eternity and charges lightning fast.
Yes there were a lot of things I really missed about Apple and the SE is still an awesome phone. It is equivalent to an iPhone 6s only with a smaller screen or a Galaxy S5 only no supersized OLED screen, memory card slot, water resistance, and well I miss my Galaxy.
That being said Apple has better video editing apps, after market lenses, aftermarket gimbal stabilizer integration, and the list goes on.
Are you an everyday user, the Galaxy S5 is the better choice. Is your phone a multipurpose tool? The iPhone SE is your answer. Good luck with your choice.Read full review

Problem Product(only)
I’m a long time apple product user since 1996. I’ve owned a half dozen iPhones models over the last few years. This one would be the only model I’ve had any problems with. IOS crashes/random software quits(both Apple and 3rd party). I’ll do one pita factory reset and see if that gets thiscequipment performing properly. Read full review
iPhone SE is what I needed, ApplePay, LivePhotos, SuperFast, Better Battery Life
I tried the iPhone 6S last year and found it was too big for me to handle easily. I enjoyed the larger screen size when on Instagram or YouTube but it required two hands to operate and was constantly causing me mishaps. The SE is the perfect size for me and has almost all the feature of the 6S. Now if they'd bring back the black of the 5! Or better yet, the iPhone 7 deep blue. Paying more for the 64gb version is well worth it. 16gb is not enough for even a basic user who takes pictures or videos.Read full review

I use it as a phone
While I like to having the ability to make use of the functionality (e.g. turn by turn directions) of the smart phone, I purchased the device to use it mainly as a phone and as such I like the small form factor.
Pros:
- It fits in my pocket.
- It seems more secure then my Android.
- It takes nice pictures.
- The display is very readable.
- Allows you to customize your set up.
Cons:
- While I like the ability to customize my set up, it seemed a bit complicated to do so.
- I don't like the manner in which the application icons arrange themselves. I want to be able to put the icon somewhere and have it stay there.
- I miss the Clock/Weather widget that I was able to install on my Android's home screen.Read full review

Small but powerful
The 64G iPhone SE was just what I needed to store a few more photos and apps without running low on memory.(Had a 16G iPhone 5s). I like the small size of these phones, instead of the TV size of the later models. Takes good pix and streams video with no problem. Read full review

IPhone SE
I wanted to have a phone that was similar in size to my 5S, but have better battery life, speed and functions. The IPhone SE completely met all the criteria I was looking for in an IPhone. It is an awesome phone in a compact size. Perfect for what I needed.Read full review

Bigger is not always better for me
Bigger is not better for me, shelved my iPhone 6 with no regrets. I read the digital version of “New York Times”, email, message, banking, navigation and podcasts with ease, all Aps I use adapt well to the smaller screen, as text is displayed in a column form and the the difference in width of the screen of my SE in portrait mode compared to my iPhone 6 is not as significant as it is in landscape, so if you don’t watch a lot of movies, there is no need to for larger phone, especially if portability is a major consideration.

Excellent!
I prefer the smaller iPhone as to the newer larger screen. I like the 12 South leather wallet and phone case combo. It keeps everything all in one wallet. The iPhone SE is the phone for me! 64gb of space is a good fit as well. I am becoming a bit of a minalmist so this fits the purpose and need power storage and style. Read full review

Well made, small form factor, fast operating system.
This is an excellent phone. I like a smaller phone, and this one has a fast operating system and is very well made. This is December 2021, and I just updated to iOS 15.1 and it works fine. iOS 15 does take a bit more memory though. In fact, after a full install and just a few apps, it already takes up 13gb. I would only get a 16gb model if you were not going to use it to store a lot of pictures. My wife has the 16gb model, and it it fine for her. She doesn't take picture with her phone and the only app she uses that takes up much memory is JW Library. Read full review

Good Phone
Light weight phone and same size as iphone 5, actually better than I expected it to be, would recommend this over the 6s (predecessor). Still has headphone jack and a pretty good battery life.
