Nice little unit
I use this to use airplay functionality in my bedroom on a vintage Pioneer amp. Using my ipad as the remote control I can access my entire itunes library. Sound quality is fantastic. Setup took a bit of time, but once I got it going, it has been flawless. It is the older model and is cheaper than the current. It is physically more like a power source for a mac book with the plugs folding into and out of the unit itself whereas the newer version is physically shaped like an Apple TV with a power cord. I like it this way as it plugs right in to the back of my amp.Read full review

Requires windows computer to setup
After a reset you have to use Airport utility 5.6.1 which does not run on new Mac computers. Once it is setup for the first time it can be configured with an iOS device.
