Everything worked as it should except it had not been reset to factory settings, meaning if I had wanted to I could have used the Netflix account that was still logged in on the apple TV. But with just a couple of clicks I reset it and I was good to go.Read full review

It is the first time you use Apple TV, after using several years Google Chromecast, now I think everything easier for me because I have all Apple products at home, easy to configure, fast and very convenient.

It was perfect for my needs… I have a TV in my garage I didn’t need anything fancy. My only advice is the next time if it ever happens in this lifetime… Log out of your iCloud account (or just put it back to factory settings) so that I can’t see pictures of your entire family when I plug it in. Last Apple TV with optical output

I use this Apple TV mainly for music. I hooked it to my sound system through a DAC. It work great, a lot better than Airport Express. If you have problems with audio drop out like I did, use an Apple TV: you will have no more of these audio drop out. To bad Apple doesn't put an optical audio out on his new generation of Apple Tv. HDMI is no match for audio output since you can't hook it to a good separate DAC.Read full review
