I had an iphone which i got from new under contract. I gave it up around 18 months ago. I wish I hadn't. I tried a windows phone and I tried a few android phones. The android phone came close, but I still missed my iphone. However, I did not want to go back onto contract and could not afford an iphone 5 or 6 on my budget.
I saw these iphone 4's on eBay and thought I would give them a try.
They are fab. The iphone is a refurbed phone as it clearly states in the description, but really you wouldn't be able to tell it from a brand new one. The battery life is as good as a brand new one, and it comes ready to use from the box. The sellers also include a screen protector which is easy to apply. It is 16Gb which is a fantastic amount of memory and also comes with a USB cable. and the sim opening tool.
The iphone 4 is an easy to use phone and it is so easy to put on flight mode ( i use this at work to preserve battery). The user needs to have access to itunes to configure it, and back it up.
