Sarge's Heroes, a great N64 kids game.

Shooters were in short supply during the N64 era. Sarge's Heroes wasn't at the level of Goldeneye, but it was a captivating game by combining lots of fun campaign missions with a multiplayer experience that was surprisingly fun. Shooters don't work well with 1 stick, but somehow Sarge's Heroes was able to make an exciting and almost funny experience out of limited control abilities. A game from my childhood. Was worth the $10 to relive this one. Fun with four friends. Comparable to 007 goldeneye, but not as good controls. The missions were fun and relatively easy once you shake off the rust. 3DO was a good game company. I plan to get sarges II next.Read full review
