Phenomenal product! By far one of the best pre-workouts I have tried to date. Pros include greatly improved focus, energy & performance. Cons- one full scoop (recommended dose) was too much, made face tingle & heart rate was too elevated (190's), so be cautious. Even though I listed this as a con, I see this as a pro, because I'm using less product, allowing it to last longer!
