The sound is great and connectivity and set up super easy - I didn't read instructions and it was virtually self explanatory. Recharging dock is fantastic, efficient. Certainly room for major improvements

1. Very difficult to make them remain in position.

2. Treble Ok, Bass nonexistent.

3. Using a Samsung A51, the Bluetooth connection is unpredictable. Seems to work only when the
headset is the only unit connected.

4. Design of the charging station is not well thought out. Would not fall over if it had a flatter

Soild Build Quality. Easy to use software to 'tune' the sound you like for the music.
The only set back is the H5 is only able to use for about 4 hours or less, before you need to recharge.
