This is probably the most realist of all of this type of movies. This evil oufit from who knows where who want to kill us off. The combat scenes are very realistic. WE win as usual. I am afraid in real life we probably would not win. Their techology is so advanced we would be in a lot of trouble. I don`t think we would survive. The aztecs, incas and the america indian didn`t do to hot when they went up against a superior group. I am afraid we would be wiped out quickly. Why even launch an attack? Why not just hit us with an alien virus that is genectaly programed to kick in in 1 year and kill us all on the spot? 95% of the human pop would be wiped out in 1 day, come in and mop up.
Back to the movie this is well written, the plot is 100% believable. The acting is quite good. The movie should have done much better at the box office, it was not promoted very well I saw it 7-8 tImes when it first came out. This is every bit as good as STARSHIP TROOPERS BACK IN THE 90`S.Read full review

My Favorite Movie

Battle Los Angeles has been my favorite movie since I first watched it on Netflix. At first I had no intentions of watching it as I heard it did not get good reviews when it was in theaters. I decided to give it a go since there was nothing else that interested me on Netflix. Since then I watched it hundreds of times until it was finally removed, so I bought it on DVD. Aaron Eckhart is a super underrated actor, and is also one of my favorites now after watching this movie. Do not listen to all those critics. If you like a good scifi war movie, then give it a chance and decide for yourself. It is not the greatest movie and is not perfect, but it is enough of a good movie that satisfies my watching needs time and time again.Read full review
