Thought needed by designers

Everything works fine as advertised but why didn't the designers think of how to empty it; if the power lead disconnected from the device it would be much easier to empty.

Also I couldn't find a full mark and the only powered bit in the middle is the most useful part for me but works better when wet.

I like the product but I do not love it.

This is good quality but it could be improved to differentiate from cheaper rival products.
The massage function is poor and the under foot surface uncomfortable. I believe both of these features should be able to turn up and down according to preference.
I like the product but I do not love it.
It really could do with new innovative product design.
