Faulty electric blanket controller
It arrived damaged & would not activate when plugged in & turned on. I also noticed a slight burn mark near the cord going into the control box when it arrived. Went to a local store & just bought a whole new blanket with control, plugged it in the same outlet & it works just fine. I tried to e-mail back as a one time customer for a return & it was confusing & I got no reply. I do not want to create an account.Read full review

Good product but be aware of different end points
The product itself was good but I made a mistake and the connection to the blanket is a 4 prong as opposed to, what I need, a two prong. I did not realize the same model number could have two different end points. Just wanted to let people know that. Read full review
