Just right

I really like the workmate, very sturdy when expanded, light enough to move around easily. Ideal for the casual home repair jobs. You do have to be careful folding it up, easy to pinch your fingers. Otherwise a very good product.Read full review

nice work bench

this is a nice work bench; wood is actually plywood that is stronger than particle board, assembly is easy once a person understands the directions; assembly manual is a 5 out of a 10. this work bench should be sufficient for jobs around the house. I tested it with 200 lbs ;Read full review

Portable and Versatile

This small bench is quite handy. Use in groups with an added plywood top they make a great knockdown workbench. Used individually this bench is useful for many tasks clamping work, or used as a power tool stand.Read full review

This is a great product!

This is very cheap and functional. The only thing that bothers me. It is that the manual is not clear, when it comes to assembly. Even so, it is relatively easy to assemble.

great value

I have a small condo with an enclosed outdoor space to store a few things. This unit is a low profile, and I can easily store it by hanging on the wall. I can do many jobs with this

Handy

Only gripe: the top surface is so small. It would be much more useful if it came with a removable leaf with tongue and groove so you could put it in there and tighten the fixed parts down to trap it in place.Read full review

Useful Affordable tool.

This came as a rectangle box. All pieces are in there but not labeled. The instructions are hard to follow (in spite they were in my native language). I am visual, and the pictures are kind of tricky and small to understand. After 1 hour assembling the table by myself (130pound girl/5feet tall), there was a little problem with the handles because the little pieces couldn't fit in there so I put screws to replace that. Now, after I have fixed and painted all 26 cabinet doors from 15" to 22" wide...I believe this work table was a very good affordable tool for my project. It is indeed resistant it holds me and the door. On the top of that when I was painting borders it became very handy. Stress free and it is easy to put it away.Read full review

Fine for lighter weight projects

I already had Workmate that is about 30 years old and it has stood the test of time. The new one I just received is similar but not made of as heavy metal supports. So the one I just received will work fine for less demanding projects.Read full review

Good title

The legs should have cross braces to make it more sturdy.

The directions from the manual were terrible and I read many reviews that were very negative on this product.

The UTUBE video was confusing . I had to go from the video to the manual and back and forth again.
Much time was spent trying to figure out how to assemble this product.

The positive comment is that it can fold up to store the product.

This product was overpriced and should cost around $ 55.00 and I spent about $ 82.00 .
