We use this for Cold Brew and Hot Brew

We like the non acidic taste of cold brewed coffee - but, if we forget to start it the night before - we brew it hot. Either way, the Bodum works well. I have a smaller hand so cleaning is easier for me. Hubs must use a wooden spoon to remove used grounds. But still finds the taste of the coffee superior and that the small amount of extra effort is worth it. We broke the glass carafe on our first Bodum - so having the extra carafe and extra press is very handy. Would highly recommend. Read full review
