The wife and I tried a sample pack a few months ago and it was interesting, so we got this.
It uses a pump to dispense so the amount and direction are controllable. Don't recommend it as a lube because its a small container, has limited lubeability, and is a warming cream. So using too much could be......... Toooo much.
Recommend starting with a small amount... dollop half the size of a pea or pea sized....until you know what effect it will have for you.
My experience is the warming effect lasts from 15 to 60 minutes depending on amount used, location, activity and wetness.

it may work well for some one else but as far as i could tell, all the product did was produce a feeling of warmth that did not last long. any over the counter warming product can do the same.
